This piece comments on peace and conflict within dynasties. One unit represents the US, the other unit is the UK; each envelope contains one single-fold book. Images were transferred onto the envelopes and books and colored with pencil. Patterns were created with the transfers throughout the project, using symbols and iconic imagery. The envelopes and exteriors of the books display nationalistic pride, but a look inside reveals conflict.
